Warranty &
Repair
If an
Item/s you have received is faulty, please return it together with the original
purchase invoice and a fault report to us so that we can fix it. Please send all
returns to our showroom/technical center (Map) or call (011) 312-3230 for more information.
We will
endeavour to resolve the problem while you wait. It is not always possible to
process returns whilst you wait and in this instance you will be advised when to
collect the product.
Pickup &
Delivery
Placing an
order online does not mean you have to have your order delivered, you can
collect your order from our showroom in Vorna Valley Midrand. You will receive a confirmation
email notifying you when your order is ready for collection.
All shipping costs are identified in the check out process. When
applicable, you are able to select standard (main centers) or special delivery
(regional/outlying areas), or to eliminate
all shipping costs and pick up your purchase from our
showroom.
NB:
Please note that courier delivery times commence from when the goods have left our
premises.
Estimated Time for Delivery:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization,
order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24
hours to 10 days.
